    Imagine someone who desperately needs what you’re selling. (Info, products, service, or whatever.) What would they type into Google to find you? Those are your keywords.

    Keep in mind that searches often include geographic words. For example, if someone needed a haircut, they wouldn’t just Google barber. They’d Google barber in Hood River, OR, for example.

    The ‘uber’ site asks to enter a URL before proceeding to check keywords////what do you recommend?

    You can just enter a keyword. You can enter either a keyword or a URL. So just ignore the URL part. I think you’ll like this tool. More than likely it taps into Google’s database to figure out related words. Google is very good at knowing what words are related to one another and how many search for each.
