I created a sample page http://hammocktestsite.com/d-mcc/sample/
add 3 Containers to separate sample 1, sample 2, sample 3
add Title and Text Block elements to each container
On Container Options > General tab > Name of the menu anchor
Then add Sample to main menu, add 3 custom links
